Refund & Return Policy

At Left Coast Cannabis Co., your satisfaction is our highest priority. While we work hard to deliver top-quality hemp products with care and compliance, we understand that things can occasionally go wrong. That’s why we offer a customer-first return and refund policy—with a few industry-necessary conditions.


1. Eligibility Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If it's been fewer than 30 days since your order was delivered and your product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging, you're eligible for a return or exchange.

Due to the nature of hemp products, used items are not eligible for return unless there is a quality or safety concern. If you've experienced an issue with a product you’ve opened or partially used, email us at frontdesk@leftcoastcannabis.co and we’ll do our best to assist on a case-by-case basis.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.


3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Double-check your bank or credit card statement

  • Contact your card provider—processing times vary

  • Then reach out to your bank for additional updates

4. Items Not Eligible for Refund

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Used or opened products (unless defective)

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping addresses

  • Packages rejected due to local/state hemp regulations


5. Exchanges

We’ll happily replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. For fastest support, email us at frontdesk@leftcoastcannabis.co with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and send out a replacement at no extra cost.


6. Gift Orders

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can offer store credit for the return value. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll issue a digital gift card to your email.

If the gift wasn’t shipped directly to you (e.g., the giver had it shipped to themselves), the refund will go to the original purchaser.


7. How to Return an Item

To begin a return, email frontdesk@leftcoastcannabis.co for instructions. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any approved refund unless otherwise noted.

We recommend using a trackable USPS shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for higher-value items.
