1. Overview

Left Coast Cannabis Co. delivers federally compliant, hemp-derived products quickly and discreetly via USPS. All products contain no more than 0.3% Δ9 THC on a dry weight basis, in line with the 2018 Farm Bill. However, due to state and local regulations, some regions are restricted.

2. Where We Ship

We currently ship to most U.S. states, but cannot deliver to areas where hemp-derived product sales or possession are restricted or prohibited.

🚫 We do NOT ship to the following states or jurisdictions due to legal or regulatory constraints:

  • Idaho – No THC allowed; all hemp products banned.

  • Nebraska – Pending legislation criminalizing hemp-based THC products.

  • South Dakota – Ban on smokable hemp products.

  • Kansas – Prohibits hemp products for human consumption.

  • Washington D.C. – Legal ambiguity around hemp extracts.

  • Georgia – Severe restrictions on hemp beverages and THC limits.

  • Texas – Pending legislation; shipments paused until further clarity.

  • California – Ban on ingestible or inhalable hemp-derived THC products.

  • Utah, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Pennsylvania – Restrictions on food, supplement, and smokable CBD products.

3. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) using First-Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight and delivery speed. We do not use UPS, FedEx, or any private couriers.

4. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders placed before 1 PM PST, Monday–Friday, typically ship the same day.

  • Orders placed after 1 PM or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

  • Standard USPS delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to USPS delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery destination.
Free USPS shipping is offered for orders over $75.

6. Age Verification

You must be 21 years or older to place an order. We may require proof of age and identity to comply with federal and state laws.

7. Discreet Packaging

All shipments are sent in odor-proof, unbranded packaging with no indication of contents for privacy and safety.

8. Tracking & Support

You will receive a USPS tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

For help with lost or delayed orders, contact support within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

9. Returned Orders & Compliance

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders returned due to inaccurate shipping addresses.

  • Orders seized or denied by local postal/customs authorities due to local restrictions.

Returned orders may be subject to a restocking fee, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
